This RFP is for a wide ranging, but rapid, assessment of public broadcasting outreach -- an assessment deep enough to help CPB make decisions about some of its FY07 investments and to lay the groundwork for a longer-term outreach/community engagement strategy for both radio and television.
The audience for most of the research deliverables consists of CPB staff, executives and Board, however, some will be distributed widely to the public broadcasting system, to key stakeholders and national partners.
