Digital Distribution Fund: Round 9
CPB will be accepting applications for Digital Distribution Fund grants from CPB-qualified, non-commercial educational (NCE) television licensees for digital television transmission equipment required to meet the FCC July 1, 2006 "use it or lose it" deadline, the December 31, 2006 digital Emergency Alert System (EAS) deadline and any other pending deadlines to secure compliance with the FCC requirements and deadlines as described in the FCC Second DTV Periodic Review Report and Order (MB Docket No. 03-15, FCC 04-192) and/or other pending FCC DTV requirements and deadlines that must be implemented on or prior to December 31, 2006.
