Consulting, Facilitation and Communication Services
CPB is seeking an outside vendor that can assume responsibility for and provide appropriate services for the continuation of the Strategic Framework Process; such services to begin in September 2007 and continue through August 2008. It is anticipated that the main components of the services required will be to:
- Oversee implementation of priorities and activities outlined in the 2007 Edition of the Framework for a Public Television Primetime Strategy;
- In collaboration with CPB and the quantitative research vendor selected by CPB, contribute to the development of the biannual Awareness, Attitudes and Usage (AAU) Study, scheduled to be fielded in January and February 2008; and
- Facilitate the process whereby the results of the AAU Study -- and other research studies commissioned by CPB during the Term -- are translated into strategic consideration for a future edition of the Strategic Framework for Primetime Public Television document.
