Media Planner and Buyer for Marketing Campaign

CPB is seeking a firm that can effectively reach 20 varied Target Markets throughout the U.S. with diverse ethnic characteristics located in both urban and rural geographies. The firm will have experience getting messages into the hands of parents and caregivers (skew Women aged 18-44); particularly reaching those of low socio-economic households, with children ages 2 to 8.

The selected firm will have a familiarity with social marketing strategies and tactics; a track record of developing distinctive and creative media plans that go beyond traditional concepts; and work with clients in the non-profit arena, and marketing/media efforts directed to low income communities that include Caucasian, African Americans and/or Latino target audiences. Additionally, the Contractor will have experience implementing a paid media mix in at least 20 markets simultaneously, which varies from urban to rural, within specific market segmentation data-coded zip codes.
