Respondents who intend to submit proposals must declare their intent by sending an email notification to EducationE-mail@cpb.org by May 22, 2009.
CPB is hereby announcing a Request for Quote RFQ for a person or firm with experience working for non-profit clients to write, create, and design a final report summarizing the activities and lessons learned as a result of the Ready To Lead in Literacy initiative, a three-year grant investment made by CPB.
In FY 2006, CPB launched the RTLL initiative offering three-year grants to 123 public television stations to take a leadership role in early childhood education. The initiative ended September 2008. The final report will look back at the three-year initiative to document its outcomes as well as make recommendations based on lessons learned. The work will highlight the value of public broadcasting’s services to the nation and will speak to a variety of audiences.
