Request for Proposals

CPB is seeking a consultant to provide technical and strategic planning services to public broadcasting stations as they apply for the Broadband Technology Opportunities Program (BTOP), jointly offered by the National Telecommunications and Information Administration and the Rural Utilities Service. The goal of the project is to assist and guide up to twenty eligible public broadcasting stations through the grant application process in order to maximize their chances for funding.

The consultant sought by this Request for Proposals will engage in strategic planning with stations and will participate as a team with individual stations to develop, and/or refine grant applications. The consultant will also communicate and work closely with CPB and other national public broadcasting system partner organizations.
