Request for Proposals

The objective of this RFP is to solicit proposals for an External Service Provider (ESP) to provide the following services: 1. Server hosting and support, 2. Software Application Maintenance, and 3. Software Application Development. The ESP will oversee the software maintenance and enhancement development for the Integrated Station Information System (ISIS) application. Public Radio and Television stations that belong to the CPB Community Service Grant (CSG) program use the ISIS application to submit their financial data, complete surveys and manage their CSG. CPB uses this information to calculate and administer seventy percent of the annual appropriation received from Congress in the form of the CSG. ISIS is a critical application used by CPB in its daily operations. The project will begin January 1, 2010 and end December 31, 2011.
