Request for Proposals

The Corporation for Public Broadcasting announces a Request for Proposals for television technical and engineering consulting services for the Digital Distribution Fund ("DDF") Grants Program administered by the Media Technologies department at CPB.

The objective of this RFP is to identify and select an experienced television engineering consultant or firm that will provide engineering and technical consultative services and assistance to the Media Technologies office at CPB. Duties include, but are not limited to, screening and evaluating DDF program grant applications, serving as a liaison between broadcast equipment manufacturers/distributors and CPB, as well as assisting in the development of the agenda, policy and protocol for DDF program and the Mobile/Handheld DTV program.
