Strategic Consultant for The American Archive

Request for Proposals

CPB seeks a Consultant to work with CPB management to develop a strategic plan for the American Archive that defines its governance structure, drafts its charter and outlines a plan for long-term sustainability.

The Consultant will be responsible for managing both the strategic and tactical processes required to create a strategic plan for the American Archive. The Consultant will work with CPB senior staff and the Office of the American Archive to identify key questions around these issues, provide alternative solutions, and create recommendations for CPB's American Archive Task Force.
