Single-Source Cross-Platform Measurement Study

Request for Proposals

CPB seeks an individual or organization to design, implement, analyze and report on a single-source cross-platform measurement study to capture and evaluate media use patterns -- both in and out of home -- across all public media of interest including, but not necessarily limited to, television, radio, internet and mobile media platforms. The study must also include a limited diagnostic survey of consumer awareness and attitudes relative to specific public media entities and brands including local public television and radio stations, PBS, NPR and selected public media funders. Deliverables must include a customizable software package that enables analysis of cross-platform public media usage using the demographic (including race and ethnicity), media and other variables collected in the survey as well as banner tables for all of the diagnostic questions.
