Request for Proposals

The goals of this project are to:

• Collect the ideas and opinions of public radio system leaders about the critical issues to be addressed in a system consultation process regarding the Community Service Grant program structure;
• Articulate general themes and high priorities to inform CPB's preparation for the subsequent consultation process with a representative group of the system.

This project requires the participation of 200 public radio system leaders. In order to gather their input in a cost-effective manner, the proposed focus groups (CPB anticipates at least 8-10 focus groups of 20 to 25 participants will need to be conducted to accommodate the total required participation) should take place online or using alternative technologies in place of in-person meetings. Please include a description of the proposed format/technology for conducting the focus groups in the proposal submitted.
