Request for Proposals

The Corporation for Public Broadcasting ("CPB") seeks proposals from individuals or organizations ("Applicants") for the immediate implementation of support resources for 26 public radio stations identified as African American minority audience stations ("AAPRS") under CPB's Community Service Grant program. The goal of this initiative is to improve and increase public media's service to the American public by enhancing the capacity of AAPRS to more effectively (i) advance the full and active inclusion of African Americans and African American voices in public media; (ii) engage with their licensees and local communities; (iii) compete for audience share in their markets; and (iv) enhance their overall sustainability.
