Request for Proposals
The Corporation for Public Broadcasting ("CPB") seeks a data analyst ("Consultant") to review and analyze the impact of a variety of proposed revisions to CPB's radio Community Service Grant (CSG) program and guidelines ("CSG Program"). The Consultant will assist and advise CPB with analysis of various sets of financial, audience and other data during the course of an iterative process of CSG Review meetings (excluding the initial meeting which occurred May 7 and 8) with public radio system representatives ("Panel"). The Consultant will be called upon to present the results of its analysis to CPB and support the analysis during each of the remaining in-person CSG Review meetings. The result of the meetings will be a set of recommendations developed by the Panel. The in-person meetings begin in May of 2012 and will conclude in October of 2012.
