Strategic Planning Initiative
The Strategic Planning Initiative will provide funds, based on application to a grant program, to CPB-qualified public television Stations for developing or revising their strategic plans. These grants will be administered by the Stations to engage the services of, and cover a portion of the expenses for consulting services of CPB qualified Consultants to:
- facilitate strategic planning sessions;
- assist in developing a strategic plan;
- and assist in developing a year-one action plan.
