Office Manager and Volunteer Coordinator

KRTS Marfa Public Radio

KRTS Marfa Public Radio is a community licensee that serves Rural Far West Texas at 93.5 FM with NPR programming and locally produced talk and music. The new station, which has been on-air for almost three years, has a full-time staff of two and is seeking a third.

KRTS is seeking a dynamic and organized individual to fill the role of a full-time Office Manager and Volunteer Coordinator. As Office Manager, he/she will be responsible for general administrative duties such as updating the contact and membership database, answering phones, greeting visitors, ordering office supplies, basic bookkeeping, and assisting KRTS staff with daily operations.

As Volunteer Coordinator, he/she will be responsible for the recruitment, orientation, training, scheduling, and the direction of volunteers and interns. Additionally, the Volunteer Coordinator will assist with event planning and Pledge Drive. There may be additional duties as directed.
