Director of Development
WRTI
This is an exceptional opportunity to lead the development activities for WRTI-FM, a full-time classical music and jazz station committed to serving Philadelphia and the tri-state area. In this role, you will directly oversee underwriting and membership departments including on-air fundraising, plan and direct the major giving program, including responsibility for identifying, cultivating, and soliciting prospects, and oversee development communications including electronic, print, and on-air messaging. Additional duties include serving as a member of the senior management team and as primary authority for revenue generating programs at WRTI. Reports directly to station manager.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, 5 years experience in public broadcasting development, and demonstrated strong management and leadership skills.
