Administrative Coordinator

WETA

WETA, Washington DC’s public television and Classical radio station, seeks an Administrative Coordinator to provide administrative support to both the Engineering & Technology and Radio departments. Principal responsibilities will include assisting with budget and financial tracking, coordinating technical needs for meetings and special events, maintaining schedules, maintaining CD database, updating Classical WETA website, and assisting with information flow between management, staff, other WETA departments, and outside contacts. Will perform various other administrative support duties and participate in special projects as assigned.

Must have strong computer skills (especially Excel), pro-active work style, and excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. College degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience) and a minimum two years administrative office experience required. Familiarity with Classical music is desirable.
