WYPR
WYPR, an NPR news station, seeks an experienced reporter to cover Baltimore city and county government as well as other general assignments. Duties include covering the mayor, county executive and other governmental agencies as well as developing series and special projects and finding stories in places other than city hall or the county courthouse.
The successful applicant will have significant reporting experience, an interest in politics and government as well as life in and around Baltimore. This position requires experience writing on tight deadlines and a passion for local journalism. Experience handling digital audio equipment is a plus.
The position requires the ability to multi-task and work cooperatively with others.
