Manager of Individual Giving
Bates Technical College/KBTC
Under general supervision of the Development Director, this position is responsible for managing the development and implementation of a variety of on-going giving campaigns for KBTC. Additional responsibilities include supervising KBTC’s individual giving operations, which include, planned giving and major donors. Duties also include supervision of Mohler Campus mail services.
Minimum Qualifications
- BS/BA in Business Administration or Marketing, or related subject area;
- Five (5) years of experience in a non-profit environment and two (2) years of experience in marketing and sales
- Experience in a supervisory capacity
- Experience training/teaching others in broadcast operation fundraising development
- Must communicate in English verbally and in writing
