All Thing Considered Host/Ops Manager

KOSU Radio seeks a forward-thinking person to serve as the All Things Considered host for KOSU from its Oklahoma City studios. He or she will coordinate broadcast material for the show from a variety of local and national sources including KOSU news staff, producers from The Spy and community leaders. In addition to hosting duties, the candidate will oversee all production work for KOSU including conceptualizing and producing on-air promotional campaigns and daily program promotions, coordinating daily logs, and interfacing with automation systems. He or she will also manage the content on the KOSU web site. This includes overseeing contributors to the web site, controlling content for quality, and introducing new content to drive new audiences. The candidate will also collaborate with the general manager to design and oversee a system to engage communities. This includes but is not limited to responding to listener inquiries, supervising volunteers, and managing KOSU's Oklahoma City studio space.
