Major Gifts Officer
Station
KLRN is seeking an individual to be responsible for the, identifying, engaging, cultivating, soliciting, and stewardship of current and prospective donors, in expanding their financial support for KLRN. He/she will be responsible for meeting an annual revenue target by working with an assigned portfolio of donors and prospects to advance the mission of the organization and assist donors in creating meaning in their lives through giving to KLRN. Exceptional organizational skills with a proven track record of successfully handling numerous date sensitive activities essential. Advanced computer skills working with databases are required. Applicant should possess experience in managing support staff and working successfully as part of a team. Strong verbal and written communication skills needed. Must be able to work occasional flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience in major gifts) required. Candidates are required to have fundraising experience with and knowledge of the San Antonio philanthropic community.
