Ken A. Bode
Ken A. Bode is the Eugene S. Pulliam Distinguished Visiting Professor of Journalism at DePauw University. He served as the moderator of Washington Week in Review from 1994 to 1999. He was a senior correspondent for CNN and national political correspondent for NBC News. Previously, he served as politics editor of The New Republic magazine, and is presently a contributing columnist for The Indianapolis Star. Among his academic positions, Dr. Bode served as assistant professor of political science at Michigan State University and SUNY Binghamton. He was dean of the Medill School of Journalism and Knight Professor of Broadcast at Northwestern University from 1998 to 2002. He is received his B.A. from the University of South Dakota and his M.A. and PhD. from the University of North Carolina. Dr. Bode and his wife live in Greencastle, Indiana.
