The Audit and Finance Committee of the CPB Board of Directors will meet telephonically on Thursday, March 28, 2013, 10:00am – 12:00pm ET. On the draft agenda:
- Approval of Public Session Minutes
- Legislative Update
- Review of Financial and Investment Reports
- Update from the Inspector General
- Review of FY 2013 Funds Reports (executive session)
- Approval of Executive Session Minutes (executive session)
- Personnel Matters (executive session)
- Future Agenda Items
With the exception of the executive session, the public may attend and observe these meetings in the Blair/Killian Board Room of the Corporation for Public Broadcasting.
