The Corporate Governance and Executive Compensation Committee of the CPB Board of Directors Will Meet on September 9, 2013

The Corporate Governance and Executive Compensation Committee of the CPB Board of Directors will meet telephonically in executive session on Monday, September 9, 2013, 1:00 – 2:00 pm ET. On the draft agenda:

  • Approval of Minutes (public and executive session)
  • Review Agenda for New Board Member Orientation (public session)
  • Personnel Matters (executive session)

With the exception of the executive session, the public may attend and observe this meeting in the Blair-Killian Board Room of the Corporation for Public Broadcasting.
