The CPB Board of Directors will meet Monday, May 8, 2006

The CPB Board of Directors will meet telephonically in a special public session Monday, May 8, 2006, at 11:00 am to discuss and vote on proposed amendments to Sections 2.03 and 5.01 of the CPB By-Laws specifying the process for assigning additional duties to the board chair and the process for the board and corporate officers to execute contracts. Also on the agenda is a discussion of meeting dates.

The public may attend and observe this meeting in the Blair-Killian Board Room of the Corporation for Public Broadcasting.
