The CPB Board of Directors will meet in a concurrent actual and telephonic meeting on Tuesday, July 18, 2006, from 1:30 -- 3:00 pm at the Lansdowne Conference Center (44050 Woodridge Parkway, Lansdowne, VA, 20176).

Presentation and Resolution: Proposed FY 2007 Budget
Report and Resolution: Contracts for Projects Related to Ready To Learn
Discussion and Resolution: Auditor Engagement
Report: Radio Community Service Incentive Program
Resolution: Condolence to the family of George Page
Resolution: Condolence to the family of Bill Lamb
Personnel Matter (Executive Session) With the exception of executive session, the public may attend and observe the meeting.
