The public may attend and observe this meeting in the Parlor Room, Moana Surfrider Hotel, 2365 Kalakaua Avenue, Honolulu, Hawaii 96815.
From 9:00 - 10:00 am HST on Tuesday, August 7, 2007, the Corporate Governance Committee will meet in public session to discuss regular items of business, including: an annual review of CPB's compliance with statutory mandates, the committee charter, a process for Board self-assessment, and proposed By-Laws amendments. The public may attend and observe this meeting in the Boardroom of the Moana Surfrider Hotel (address above) space permitting.
