The Audit and Finance Committee of the CPB Board of Directors Will Meet on Tuesday, May 6, 2008

The Audit and Finance Committee of the CPB Board of Directors will meet telephonically in public and executive sessions on Tuesday, May 6, 2008, from 4:00 - 5:00 pm ET. On the draft agenda: approval of minutes (public and executive sessions), interim financial report, CPB's investment policy and performance, FY 2009 preliminary operating budget and business plan, and supplemental financial reports (executive session). With the exception of the executive session, the public may attend and observe this meeting in the Blair-Killian Board Room of the Corporation for Public Broadcasting.
