The Corporation for Public Broadcasting Names Robert Bole, Vice President of Digital Media Strategy and Investments

Washington, DC -- The Corporation for Public Broadcasting (CPB) has named Robert Bole vice president of Digital Media Strategy and Investing. He will lead the development and execution of CPB’s strategy for investing in digital media.

Previously, Bole was the senior vice president of media for One Economy Corporation, a global, nonprofit organization which uses technology and online content to help low-income people improve their lives and enter the economic mainstream. There, he assisted in the development and launch of the Beehive, an online platform that connects over 15 million low-income families to information on healthcare, financial services, education and workforce development. Bole also launched local programs in over 45 communities, as well as additional media properties including the Public Internet Channel, 24/7 TownHall and ZipRoad.

Bole graduated from the George Washington University and earned a master’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
