Review & Approval of FY2009 Audit Plan from BDO Seidman, LLP (public session)

Update on Ready To Learn A-133 Audit and IG Report (public session)

Annual review of Board Expense Guidelines (public session)

Discussion of FY2010 Operating Budget and Business Plan (public session)

Review of supplemental financial reports (executive session)

Discussion of Supplemental Schedules to the FY2010 Operating Budget (executive session)

Update from the Inspector General (executive session)

Review and Approval of Inspector General's Proposed Operating Budget for FY2010 and FY2011 (executive session)

Discussion of IG Performance Evaluation Process/Timeline (executive session)

With the exception of the executive session, the public may attend and observe this meeting in the Blair-Killian Board Room of the Corporation for Public Broadcasting.
