The CPB Board of Directors will meet in St. Paul, Minnesota on
Tuesday, November 17 from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm and
Wednesday, November 18 from 8:30 am - 4:30pm.
On the draft agenda:
Day One (Nov. 17):
Discussion focusing on local public radio and public media. The day-long session will consider the structure and activities of public radio and public media.
Day Two (Nov. 18):
Personnel Matters (executive session)
Chair's and Directors Remarks
President's Report to the Board
Report from Twin Cities Public Television
Discussion of Journalism, News and Public Media
Review of the Legislative Process for Reauthorization
Update on CPB FY 2010 Business Plan Activities including reports on The Leadership for Philanthropy Initiative and the National Center for Media Engagement project.
With the exception of the executive session, the public may attend and observe Day One of this meeting in the American Public Media Broadcast Center 480 Cedar Street, Saint Paul, Minnesota and Day Two at the Saint Paul Hotel - Promenade North Ballroom 350 Market Street, Saint Paul, Minnesota.
