CPB Board of Directors Will Meet in Washington, D.C. on Wednesday, April 21, 2010

The CPB Board of Directors will meet in Washington, D.C. on Wednesday, April 21 from 11:00 am – 2:00 pm.
On the draft agenda:
-- President’s Report to the Board
-- Committee Chair Reports
-- Discussion of FCC Matters (portions of this discussion might take place in executive session for consultation with legal counsel)
-- Update on FY 2010 Goals and Objectives including TV CSG System Consultation, 2010 Ready To Learn Guidelines (portions in executive session) and Public Television Interconnection Agreement (executive session)
-- Review Revised Conflicts of Interest Disclosure Form and Code of Ethics for Employees
With the exception of the executive session, the public may observe this meeting in the Blair-Killian Board Room, Corporation for Public Broadcasting, 401 Ninth Street, NW, Washington, D.C.
