Tuesday, November 16 from 9:00 am - 12:30pm.

Day One (Nov. 15):

-- Review of the FY 2011 Business Plan (executive session)

-- Report: Contract for Office of the Ombudsmen (executive session)

-- Matters requiring advice of counsel (executive session)

Day Two (Nov. 16):

-- Report from Louisiana Public Broadcasting on Journalism in the Gulf Coast Region

-- Update: CPB Education Initiatives

-- Update on Southern California Public Television Consortium

-- Discussion: Public Media and FCC NPRM on Spectrum

-- Discussion of Digital, Dialogue, and Diversity - Measurement and Evaluation

-- Report: Office of the Ombudsmen

-- Discussion: CPB's Affirmative Action Plan

-- Election of Chair and Vice Chair

With the exception of the executive session, the public may attend and observe Day One of this meeting in the Crescent View Room of the Ritz Carton Hotel, 921 Canal Street, New Orleans, Louisiana and Day Two at the Arizona/Missouri Room of the National World War II Museum 945 Magazine Street, New Orleans, Louisiana.
