The CPB Board of Directors will meet telephonically on Tuesday, February 1, 2011, 12:00 - 3:00pm ET. On the draft agenda:
- Report from External Auditors
- Board Committee Appointments
- Board Meeting Dates and Locations
- Discussion of Transparency and Integrity in Public Media
- Review Proposed Charter of the Office of the Ombudsman
- Review of Goals and Objectives
- Business Plan Update
The public may attend and observe these meetings in the Blair/Killian Board Room of the Corporation for Public Broadcasting.
