The CPB Board of Directors will meet in telephonic executive session on Wednesday, March 9, 2011 at 10:30am. Except for approval of the agenda, the meeting will be held in closed session for confidential advice of legal counsel.

The meeting will take place at the Corporation for Public Broadcasting, 401 Ninth Street, NW, Washington, D.C.
