The CPB Board of Directors will meet in Austin, TX on Tuesday, June 21 from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm and Wednesday, June 22 from 9:30 am – 12:30 pm.

Day One (June 21):
• President’s Report to the Board
• Committee Chair Reports
• Legislative Update
• Report and Discussion: Strengthening Public Broadcasting Stations
• Presentations by Local Public Broadcasting Stations
• Report from KRTS Marfa Public Radio
• Update from NPR
• Update on FY 2011 Business Plan including FY 2011 Digital Funding Consultations and
Management’s Recommendations; Diversity and Innovation: Freedom Riders and America Revisited; Local Journalism Centers; American Archive; American Graduate and Ready To Learn.
Day Two (June 22):
• Discussion of Framework of FY 2012 Preliminary Business Plan
• Report on Music Royalties (some portions in executive session)
