The CPB Board of Directors Will Meet on Monday, March 26 and Tuesday, March 27, 2012

The CPB Board of Directors will meet in Washington D.C. on Monday, March 26 from 10:15 am – 3:45 pm and Tuesday, March 27 from 9:00 – 11:30am. The CPB Board of Directors will meet in executive session on Monday, March 26 from 9:00 – 10:45am.

Day One (March 26):

• Review and Approval of Executive Session Minutes (executive session)

• Personnel Discussion (executive session)

• Review and Approval of Public Session Minutes

• Chair’s and Directors’ Remarks

• President’s Report to the Board

• Committee Chair Reports

• Legislative Update

• Update on 2012 Business Plan Initiatives including Spectrum Policy; Multi-Station Master Control Projects; American Archive; Public Media Editorial Policies

Day Two (March 27):

• Update on 2012 Business Plan Initiatives including American Graduate, Ready To Learn; Radio CSG; Local Journalism Centers (continued from Day 1)

• Discussion of FY 2013 Business Plan

• Future Agenda Items

With the exception of the executive session, the public may attend and listen to these meetings in the Blair-Killian Board Room, Corporation for Public Broadcasting, 401 Ninth Street, NW, Washington, D.C.
