The Audit and Finance Committee of the CPB Board of Directors will meet telephonically on Thursday, September 6, 2012, 12:00 – 2:00pm ET. On the draft agenda:

- Report on the 403(b) Audit and Updated on the Progress of the FY 2012 Financial Statement Audit
- Review of Interim Financial Reports
- Review of Proposed FY 2013 Operating Budget
- Review of Board Expense Guidelines
- Review and Approval of the Inspector General’s FY 2014 Proposed Operating Budget
- Update from the Office of the Inspector General
- Approval of Executive Session Minutes (executive session)
- Review of Supplemental Financial Reports (executive session)
- Review of Supplemental Schedules for the Proposed FY 2013 Operating Budget (executive session)
- Personnel Matter (executive session)
- Future Agenda Items
With the exception of the executive session, the public may attend and observe these meetings in the Blair/Killian Board Room of the Corporation for Public Broadcasting.
