The CPB Board of Directors will hold its annual meeting in Washington, D.C. on Monday, September 10, 2012 from 9:30 am – 5:00 pm and Tuesday, September 11, 2012 from 9:00 – 11:45 am.

- President's Report to the Board
- Legislative Update
- Update on Report to Congress re Alternative Sources of Funding
- Discussion of Strengthening Public Media
- Committee Chair Reports
- Update on Education Activities
- NCME Activities 2010-2012
- Update on Radio CSG Review
- Update on American Archive
- Review and Approval of Proposed FY 2013 Operating Budget and Business Plan (portions in executive session)
