By All Means Necessary

This film intends to take a critical look at how and why America came to deal with the rest of the world in the ways that it did during the administration of George W. Bush, including the origins of what some have labeled the "Bush Doctrine": America, pre-eminent and without rivals, ensuring peace by pre-empting threats with military force, taking action with ad hoc "coalitions of the willing."
