Despues de las Guerras - Central America After the Wars
Veteran producer Maria Martin will produce 26 pieces -- to be distributed via NPR's Latino USA and Radio Bilingue's Linea Abierta -- to inform both English- and Spanish-speaking public radio audiences about the continuing impact of the civil strife that rocked Central America 20 years ago, when more than one million Central Americans fled to the United States to escape political instability and repression.
