Public Radio Collaboration II
Funds to help a collaboration of station, network and independent producers and national and international partners refine its model and test a self-financing mechanism built upon a fund-raising collaboration. The model will bring public radio's vast editorial assets (news reports, features, call-in programs and documentaries) to bear on a single topic with a week of special coverage.
