KPTS Emergency Finance Audit
Experiencing substantial financial set backs and realizing that their internal financial reporting mechanisms were no longer reliable, KPTS (Wichita, KS) requested an emergency audit. The audit provided them a detailed financial analysis of the station's short and long term fiscal situation at the same time an independent audit of the station was being performed. The project also provided KPTS with easy to use financial reporting templates geared toward internal staff and the board that are now a standard part of station operation.
