Small Station Pledge Consortium Planning Study
KACV and a consortium of smaller market stations worked with a scriptwriter from KVIE in Sacramento to create a set of full length, prerecorded on-air appeals for funds to be aired around specific PBS fundraising programs. These "virtuals" are tailored to the needs of smaller stations, allowing them to conduct on-air fundraising without the costs of studio facilities and personnel.
