KTXT/KACV Collaborative Programming Outsource to KERA, Years 2 and 3
Two small stations -- KACV (Amarillo, TX) and KTXT (Lubbock, TX) -- outsourced their television program scheduling activities to KERA (Dallas/Fort Worth), offering KERA a new revenue stream and providing KACV and KTXT the advantages of outsourcing and collaboration.
