E-relationship Practices Comprehensive Study

With the help of The Gilbert Center of Seattle, WA, Lewis-Kennedy Associates Inc. of Portland, OR, Non-Profit Business Strategies of Tucson, AZ, and Scout Information Services of Eagan, MN, four stations -- Iowa Public Television, WHRO (Norfolk, VA), WILL (Urbana, IL) and WPBA (Atlanta, GA) -- tested various methods of on-line communications with members and viewers. The results are being made available to the system to inform improvements in online communication and fundraising practices for all public television stations.
