Katrina Webcast
This project combines community access, outreach, and a native filmmaker's take on post-Katrina New Orleans as it transitions from a city underwater to a city reborn. The five-minute films will be streamed on NBPC's relaunched Web site. NBPC will work with ITVS to repackage the film shorts as a 90-minute documentary to be shown on Independent Lens.
