Global Perspectives on Election

Global Perspectives on Election 2008 is a collaborative, multiplatform initiative designed to provide the American public with distinctive global coverage of the 2008 U.S. presidential elections. PRI's daily news program The World will broadcast stories on U.S. election-related issues and events in reports from Latin and South America, Central and Southeast Asia, Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The project will also develop online content and resources related to coverage on The World and other sources, such as Frontline. The project will illuminate the global issues that will be faced by America's next president and provide international perspectives on election issues and the American electoral process.
