Ready To Learn: Outreach Supplemental
Sesame Workshop will create and evaluate a media-based literacy intervention, designed specifically for young children who are at risk with regard to reading skills. Specific objectives include developing and providing engaging reading subject matter using public broadcasting television content known to increase children's literacy skills, and exploring the effects of the new platform on children's interest in and motivation toward learning.
