California and the American Dream

An initiative to launch public broadcasting services in public places using interactive media kiosks that feature clips from the four-part PBS series California and the American Dream, gaming and other digital content to foster dialogue on civic engagement as explored by the documentary. The kiosks travel for 15 months to urban and rural areas, and a local moderator demonstrates how to use the kiosks with the objective of promoting public broadcasting in nontraditional settings to underserved audiences using interactive media technology that engages as it educates.
